Project Life 2013 – Weeks 1 & 2

I’m all caught up on Project Life! And I’m super excited I just got my 2012 book in the mail this weekend, and it looks fantastic. It’s so nice seeing it in print after working all year on it. I know I’ll cherish it forever.

Here are my pages from weeks 1 and 2 of 2013:

I just love the colors in this! Do you find it worth the wait by doing everything digitally? I can be so impatient sometimes; I don’t know if I could wait an entire year to finally see it come together, but on the other hand I’m sure you don’t have to deal with scattered paper scraps all over your table either. :)

Thank you, Christina! I do think it’s definitely worth the wait. Even though I have to wait to hold it in my hands, being able to see them on the computer anytime I want keeps me patient. I also love not having all the clutter around :-)

Love the colors and snowflakes in week 1. Glad are able to get out on dates nights–love them too ;0) What a cute little vest your daughter has. Great pages as usual.

  • This is just lovely, I have been meaning to try and start this for a while now but the supplies aren’t quite so good in the UK. I wouldn’t even know where to start either. It is such a lovely idea though.

Thanks, Katie! That’s what I love about Project Life–it makes scrapbooking easy. And doing it digitally, you don’t have to worry about finding supplies. I get everything online :-) .

What a fun start to 2013, love that polka dot vest she has and that cute pic of you and your hubby. I would love to see some photos of the completed book and who you got it printed by and what you were happy or not so happy about.

Whoa, that looks awesome! I haven’t done one of these photo books before. I’ve contemplated printing my blog off. Do you mind if I ask how much one of these books cost? Looks great!

    • Stephanie says:

Thanks, Kendra! I printed mine at Shutterfly, and for a book with that many pages, it is usually around $100. I waited for their 50% off sale on photo books, which they have pretty often, so I didn’t have to pay full price. I’m sure there are cheaper places to get it printed, but I haven’t done much research.

Beautiful layouts! I love the colors in both kits you used. The sleeping baby photo is just precious. Once I pair down my paper scraps I think I might move to digital, might take me a while though. I have so much!
