I mentioned in my last Project Life post that I had received my 2012 book in the mail recently. I just wanted to share a couple photos of the book. I am BEYOND ecstatic to see a whole year’s worth of work come together, and I absolutely love my book!
I had mine printed at Shutterfly. Usually, their books are pretty pricey, but I waited for their 50% off photo books sale to order mine, so I got it at a pretty reasonable price. I think it looks very high quality, and would definitely order from them in the future, but would love some input on other options.
Have any of you found a site that prints high quality 12×12 books at a reasonable price?

Your album is so so so cute!!! I’ve used shutterfly for the pregnancy book I made and Mixbook for Jackson’s 1 year book. I think they were pretty much both about the same in price and quality. I didn’t even know about Mixbook until I got a groupon for them in an e-mail and thought for the price, I’d give them a shot. I was pleasantly surprised.
Thanks so much, Amy! I will have to look into Mixbook.
Absolutely beautiful and totally puts me to shame. My son is now nearly 8 and his baby photos have still not made it into an albumn.
Love your blog, the header is just gorgeous.

Thanks so much, Kate!
This is a lovely book, we don’t have them here in the UK, but we do have some great companies. I love creating photobooks full of memories, my husband gets cross by the amount of money I spend on them.
Thanks, Katie!
It looks great, thanks for the photos and your opinion about the printing with shutterfly. Love the fun cover you did.
Thanks, Libby!
That looks great!!! My favorite place to have books (and prints) made is mpix.com. I am having my pages printed out as 8×8 prints, that will go in a regular scrapbook album, not cheap. I’ve only got like two months of last year printed at this point.
Thanks, Sarah! I use mpix a lot for prints, but have never tried out any of their other products. I will definitely look into it! Thanks!
