Fun Day

Michael recently landed a new job, which is very exciting for all of us. The only downside is that he will no longer be working from home most days . Rosen and I will definitely miss seeing him so much during the day, but I know this is a really great new opportunity for him.

His last day at his old job was Monday, and he had the rest of the week off before he starts his new job this coming Monday. We’ve been able to do a few fun family outings during his break, so it’s been great getting to spend some quality time together before he’s off to work during the day.

We took Rosen to a local indoor play place, and basically had the place to ourselves. The entire time we were there, only one other child came. It’s nice being able to do things together on a weekday to avoid crowds!

Rosen doesn’t look all that happy in most of the photos, but I promise she had a good time. She was exploring like crazy and running all over the place. I guess she just wasn’t in a smiling mood.
